Stampede 5/31/08

Well, it's been since April 19th that we visited Stampede. We felt it was time. What a good time like always. This time we arrived at Stampede at 6:45 p.m. for 7:00 p.m. lessons. By getting there early we got in for free and only had to pay 3.00 each for lessons. We learned 2 new dances that night. Brad and I could've divorced over the 2nd dance because it was a couples dance and Brad kept telling me I was doing it wrong as he stepped on my toes :) We made up about 15 minutes later.

Brad in full concentration while learning a dance. Our instructor, Nina, that taught us the lessons earlier on in the night came up and complimented Brad on his dancing. So, I guess I have to admit that I was the one messing up on the couples dance :)
Me & my sister who is graduating RCC's nursing program on 6/9/08.............I am so proud of you Kathy!! We will be celebrating on 6/21 at Stampede with her friends from the nursing program.

I love seeing pictures with these 3 guys in pictures (1 is actually missing from the picture but we don't get to see him much) because they have been friends since high school. That may not seem that long ago for some but Brad graduated high school in 1994 :)

Enjoy the video above of Brad riding the bull. Brad will tell you today that he is still sore but no visual signs of trauma :)

Enjoy the video above of Steve riding the bull. Steve called Brad the following day asking if Brad had any bruising or a broken hand. I guess Steve had bruising and what he thought was a broken hand but turned out to be bruised.

Enjoy the video of Jason riding the bull. Every time I record Jason on the bull I either delete the video or my batteries run out on my camera. This is only 1 of 2 times Jason rode the bull (this is the slower of the 2). He even stayed on the entire time on the faster one :)

The riding of the bull is one thing you won't see me try :)
