Kathy & Kelli Kathy was responsible for giving a challenge speech to her classmates. Kathy didn't think being class president would make her obligated to do this. She said her classmates that they all agreed at the beginning of this last semester, they would all vote on who would give the speech. Her classmates said that was correct and they all vote her!!
