This Day I Will Marry My Bestfriend.......

On this day 8 years ago Brad and I said the following vows........
I, Brad, take you Michelle to be my wife. Believing that God has called us together. I pledge to love you as Christ loves the church and gave himself up for her. By God's grace, I will seek to lead our home, protecting and providing for you. I will pray for you, respect you, and trust you. And with God's help, he will always be the center of your relationship and the one we together love, serve, and honor.

Then it was my turn.....
I, Michelle, take you Brad to be my husband. Believeing that God has called us together, I pledge to love you as the church loves Christ. By God's grace, I will encourage you as the leader of our home. I will pray for you, respect you, and trust you. And with God's help, he will always be the center of our relationship and the one we together love, serve, and honor.

Swimming Lesson #1, 4/27/08

Brad thought it was about time we teach Kristian to swim without her floaties. He mentioned this to her the previous day but she wanted nothing to do with it. Then, on Sunday she said "I'm ready for you to teach me to swim Daddy!"
total trust

Kristian asctually had a little more confidence in Brad than I thought she would.

Gettin' thrown into the air Daddy's Girl
I think she loves her daddy! Or as she sometimes says "My Hero."

Enjoying the beautiful weather on Saturday, 4/26/08

After I was done getting ready for us to go out and have a family day, Kristian decided she wanted me to do her hair like mine "so we can look like twins," she said. I thought it was a good call since we were going to be in a convertible :)
Kristian snuck in on this one

Do you think we look like twins?

sky divers........I told Brad that l would've done that when I was in my late teens/early twenties but now I think I'm too chicken.
Then Kristian got ahold of the camera.....
I guess she thought we needed a picture of the side of this truck :)
close ups

Brad insisted I take a picture of this guy?!?!?!
After non-stop talking from Hemet to Lake Elsinore Outlets Kristian finally decided that she was tired. It was really funny when she woke up about 15 minutes into her nap letting us know she was just taking a little nap before we go swimming. She is too much.
