Yesterday, 11/13/07, was my mom's 53rd Birthday. We celebrated it at my sister, Kathy's house. We had a great time. We ate my favorite appetizer - papa a la huancaina (a peruvian salad of boiled yellow potatoes in a spicy, creamy sauce). We also ate Brad's favorite main course - lomo combinado (lean beef, sauteed with onions and tomatoes served with rice and peruvian beans).

Once we were done eating we hung out and chit chatted a little, while the kids played.
