CHRISTmas Morning 2007

Kristian and Noah had one last BIG suprise from Santa on CHRISTmas morning. It was one that she told everyone she wanted. Kristian's expression was PRICELESS

CHRISTmas Eve 2007

We started out the evening with a fantastic dinner. Then Brad read Luke 2:1-20 to us as a reminder of why we celebrate CHRISTmas.

1. And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. 2. ([And] this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) 3. And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. 4. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) 5. To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. 6. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. 7. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. 8. And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. 9. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. 10. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. 12. And this [shall be] a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. 13. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14. Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. 15. And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us. 16. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. 17. And when they had seen [it], they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child. 18. And all they that heard [it] wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds. 19. But Mary kept all these things, and pondered [them] in her heart. 20. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them. Grammy Pam and Kristian listening to Daddy read God's word

A Trip to Disneyland 12/21/07

I thought it would be appropriate to take a day off from work and hang out with Kristian at Disneyland. First we went to California Adventure to see the High School Musical performance. Then we headed to Disneyland.

Here she is rockin' out with all the kids.

After the carousal ride we decided to try and get on the Finding Nemo ride. It was only a 60 minute wait from the entrance of the line. We walked a bit without stopping. We waited about 40 minutes before we got to the front where they assign people lines for the submarines. We noticed after waiting 10 minutes they were having the people in the submarines exit it, then they annouced that they were having technical difficulties. I thought we should try and wait it out being that we were so close to the front. We waited another 20 minutes before they decided to close the ride. They handed out fastpasses for the ride but they were only good for that day. Kristian was a little bummed but I told her that we will try again the next time we go to Disneyland.

Our Newest Addition

Yes, you see another dog. The count in our household is now 3 dogs. Poor Brad, he is surround by all females. He needs a male buddy soon, hopefully its a baby and not a dog :)

This is Sharpay. A little background on Sharpay........I walked into work on Tuesday, December 18 when a co-worker of mine walked up to me with her. She found Sharpay wondering the streets in Riverside on her way into work. She thought it would be a good idea for Brad and I to adopt her since we had just gotten another Chihuahua puppy named Roxie back in September. Brad wasn't really thrilled about Sharpay until the 3rd day of her being with us. Now Sharpay prefers to sleep next to her daddy or with her friend Roxie.
Now I know your wondering why we named her Sharpay. I texted my sister a picture of her and asked her a suggestion for a name and she came back with Sharpay. Sharpay is a character from High School Musical (Kristian's favorite movie).

The firm I work for has a family Christmas Party at an attorney's house every year. These year it was hosted by Eric and Nancy Vail. Eric's secretary Debbie was able to have Santa brought in on a fire truck. In turn we brought unwrapped gifts to donate to the fire department for Spark of Love. The kids had a blast. The big helper that she is

A Trip to Oak Glen with the Bagley Bunch

On Saturday, December 8, Brad and I thought it would be a good idea to go up to Oak Glen since neither one of us has ever been up there before. Brad called Daniel that morning to ask him how to get up there and Daniel thought it would be a good idea to hang out for a little while since we don't get to see them much.

THANKS BAGLEY'S FOR TAKING TIME TO HANG OUT WITH US!!
